Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Handle tax filings, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Implement and improve accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full-set accounting or a similar role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
