Responsibility
- Process and manage account payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Reconcile financial statements, ledgers, and accounts to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and budget adherence.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications to internal/external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable or general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or local financial regulations is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a bonus.
