Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of semiconductor facility systems, including HVAC, cleanroom environments, and utility infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) and environmental regulations for high-tech manufacturing.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical facility issues in real-time to maintain uninterrupted production.
- Lead capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades to support scaling of advanced packaging operations.
- Manage vendor relationships for equipment procurement, repairs, and service contracts.
- Document and report on facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or advanced packaging facility engineering.
- Proven expertise in cleanroom maintenance, HVAC systems, and utility management.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, GMP, and ISO standards for high-tech manufacturing.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with a track record of process optimization.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
