Responsibility
- Oversee and perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance and repair projects.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility equipment.
- Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all facility operations.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility upgrades, renovations, and expansions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
