Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and retain high-quality tenants, maximizing occupancy and revenue.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and ensure properties meet CBRE’s standards of excellence.
  • Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering long-term partnerships to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including budget forecasts, expense tracking, and profitability analysis for property owners and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and rent adjustments in alignment with market trends and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with legal, accounting, and facilities teams to ensure seamless property management and compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Stay abreast of local market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends to provide data-driven recommendations for property improvements and investments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., RICS, CPM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably with a reputable real estate firm or developer.
  • Proven track record in tenant relations, lease administration, and financial management for commercial properties.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics, particularly in Bali.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
