Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate property records, including leases, contracts, and tenant information, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations, including rent collection, maintenance requests, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and process documentation for property transactions, such as lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, while ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Monitor property expenses, budgets, and financial reports to support cost-effective management and reporting to senior leadership.
- Assist in the planning and execution of property-related events, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with legal teams to address tenant disputes, evictions, or other legal matters, ensuring adherence to local and national regulations.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to property managers and stakeholders, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations for property improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property administration, real estate, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of Indonesian property laws, regulations, and market trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, or in a hybrid setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
