Responsibility
- Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of building systems and equipment.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and control operational budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections and generate reports on building conditions, occupancy, and financial performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, RPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building or property management, preferably in commercial or residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous).
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainability practices in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
