Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore is seeking a dedicated and organized Senior Executive to join our University Wellbeing Office. In this vital administrative role, you will play a key part in the seamless operation of our University Counselling Centre, ensuring that our students receive timely and effective support.
As a Senior Executive, you will act as the operational backbone of the counselling team. You will be responsible for streamlining case management workflows, managing administrative inquiries, and maintaining accurate data records to support our wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong sense of empathy, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of student care within a vibrant academic environment.
Responsibility
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the University Counselling Centre to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage the intake process, including the allocation and tracking of student case assignments.
- Maintain and update confidential student records, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy and university policies.
- Prepare regular reports and data analytics on centre utilization to support strategic planning and wellbeing initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, providing professional and compassionate assistance.
- Coordinate scheduling for counselling sessions and wellbeing workshops.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless cross-functional support for students in need.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant administrative or operations experience, preferably in an educational or clinical setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management systems or CRM software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to supporting student mental health and wellbeing.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
