Responsibility
- Manage complex calendars and schedule high-level meetings, calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and format financial reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including visas, logistics, and detailed itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Group Finance department, ensuring professional correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process expense claims and assist with departmental budgeting and procurement administrative tasks.
- Manage confidential documentation, ensuring strict data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate team meetings, capture actionable insights, and track follow-up items to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role, preferably within a finance or corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like MS Teams/Zoom.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience managing sensitive information with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
