Responsibility
- Assist the Project Head in planning, organizing, and monitoring project workflows from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain strict quality assurance standards aligned with premium hospitality benchmarks.
- Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports, to ensure transparent communication.
- Monitor site progress and resolve operational bottlenecks to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with specific exposure to project management or operations oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
