SPH Media is seeking a dynamic Corporate Subscriptions Partnership Assistant to join our growing team in Braddell. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our corporate partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless administrative workflows, and contributing to the growth of our subscription base.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a junior executive or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced media environment. You will be at the heart of our administrative operations, bridging the gap between our corporate clients and our internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive subscription success.

Responsibility

  • Coordinate administrative tasks to support corporate subscription partnership agreements.
  • Maintain and update accurate database records for corporate clients and partnership contacts.
  • Assist in preparing presentation decks, proposals, and partnership documentation for prospective corporate accounts.
  • Monitor subscription performance metrics and provide regular reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve client queries and ensure timely delivery of subscription services.
  • Organize meetings, webinars, and partnership events, managing schedules and logistical arrangements.
  • Perform general office support tasks to ensure efficient daily operations for the partnership team.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
