Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations at the store level to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and analyze retail KPIs (sales targets, conversion rates, and average transaction value) to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure store layouts and displays reflect the brand identity.
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and stock-take exercises to minimize shrinkage.
- Provide coaching and support to retail staff to improve service levels and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management review, highlighting performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that store maintenance, health, and safety standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics and proven ability to drive sales growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate store teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to operations.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
