Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and POS systems
- Drive sales growth through strategic promotions, upselling techniques, and customer relationship building
- Maintain brand standards for product quality, presentation, and store cleanliness
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales reports, and implement cost-control measures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in F&B or dessert retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Basic food handling certification or willingness to obtain
