Responsibility
- Provide personalized customer service to clients, assisting them in selecting eyewear that matches their style and needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting Optik Melawai’s premium products and services.
- Educate customers on lens options, frame materials, and eye care best practices.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including payments, receipts, and warranty registrations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail display to enhance the in-store experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inventory is well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends, product knowledge, and promotional offers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in optical, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, and fitting techniques (training provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or optics are a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
