Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all business properties to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize space utilization and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to property maintenance and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding property management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and property acquisition projects.
- Maintain accurate records of property conditions, maintenance activities, and expenditures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in using property management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus.
