Responsibility
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Bali's prime locations.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate property deals to ensure the best outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations in Bali's real estate sector.
- Prepare and present property reports, market analyses, and sales proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through various channels.
- Ensure all transactions comply with local laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Bali's real estate market is an advantage.
