Responsibility

  • Conduct property viewings and consultations for potential buyers in Bali’s premium locations.
  • Develop and maintain a network of high-value clients, including expatriates, investors, and local buyers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and closing deals while ensuring compliance with Islamic business principles.
  • Provide market analysis and property valuations to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings through digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to Sharia-compliant financing and ethical standards.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized, trustworthy service.
  • Stay updated on local real estate trends, legal regulations, and Islamic business practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of Islamic business ethics and halal transactions (preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market and its high-demand areas is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and client-focused with a professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and property inspections.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transportation is advantageous.
