Responsibility
- Conduct property viewings and consultations for potential buyers in Bali’s premium locations.
- Develop and maintain a network of high-value clients, including expatriates, investors, and local buyers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and closing deals while ensuring compliance with Islamic business principles.
- Provide market analysis and property valuations to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings through digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to Sharia-compliant financing and ethical standards.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized, trustworthy service.
- Stay updated on local real estate trends, legal regulations, and Islamic business practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Islamic business ethics and halal transactions (preferred).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market and its high-demand areas is a plus.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and client-focused with a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and property inspections.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transportation is advantageous.
