Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements and contractual terms to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain an organized portfolio of commercial and residential leases, tracking key dates, renewals, and terminations.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and legal teams to resolve disputes, clarify terms, and ensure smooth lease execution.
- Conduct market research to benchmark lease rates, terms, and industry best practices for competitive positioning.
- Monitor rental payments, late fees, and financial obligations under lease agreements, ensuring timely collections and reporting.
- Develop and implement lease administration policies and procedures to streamline processes and reduce risks.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lease performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with property managers and brokers to optimize lease terms and maximize portfolio value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., RICS, CPM) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lease management, contract administration, or real estate, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of lease structures, legal terminology, and property laws in Indonesia or Singapore.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in lease management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based role with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous but not required.
