Responsibility

  • Manage and process lease agreements, renewals, and terminations for residential and commercial properties.
  • Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and property managers to ensure smooth lease transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease documents, payments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute lease-related reports, invoices, and financial summaries.
  • Assist in resolving tenant inquiries and addressing lease-related disputes or issues.
  • Liaise with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Organize and schedule property viewings, inspections, and meetings as required.
  • Support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in administrative support, lease management, or property administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with lease agreements, contractual terms, and real estate regulations is a plus.
