Responsibility
- Manage and process lease agreements, renewals, and terminations for residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and property managers to ensure smooth lease transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease documents, payments, and correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute lease-related reports, invoices, and financial summaries.
- Assist in resolving tenant inquiries and addressing lease-related disputes or issues.
- Liaise with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Organize and schedule property viewings, inspections, and meetings as required.
- Support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in administrative support, lease management, or property administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lease agreements, contractual terms, and real estate regulations is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
