As a Facility Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our properties in key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung operate seamlessly. You will lead a dedicated team, manage vendor relationships, and implement best practices to maintain high standards of safety, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of facility staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize facility budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess facility conditions and recommend upgrades or repairs.
- Ensure seamless communication between facility management, tenants, and stakeholders to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Implement sustainable practices and initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of the facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in facility management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards related to facility operations in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, FMP) is a plus.
