Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate and lead credit-control review meetings, preparing necessary materials and follow-up actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense controls to optimize profitability.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality maintenance and services.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain property standards.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support leasing activities, including tenant negotiations, lease renewals, and rent adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial or residential properties.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certification in property management (e.g., RICS, IREM) is a plus.
