Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks in Southeast Asia.
- Prepare detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and sensitivity assessments for property investments.
- Evaluate property valuations, lease agreements, and development feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, development) to align strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights, recommendations, and risk assessments.
- Monitor and analyze macroeconomic factors (e.g., interest rates, GDP growth) that impact real estate markets.
- Assist in due diligence processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimizations.
- Maintain up-to-date databases and tools to track market data, property performance, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Masterâs degree or CFA/CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate analysis, financial modeling, or investment advisory.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, financial modeling) and real estate software (e.g., ARGUS, CoStar, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience with market research, valuation techniques (DCF, comparable sales), and feasibility studies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to work on weekends as part of a rostered schedule.
