Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition in Bali’s key markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) based on investment criteria and market trends.
- Conduct thorough financial and legal due diligence to assess property viability, risks, and ROI potential.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and contracts with property owners, agents, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and development teams to ensure smooth transaction closures and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets through market research, networking, and industry connections.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.
- Monitor local real estate trends, zoning laws, and economic factors to identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and negotiations with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., RICS, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate investment, or a similar role, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing property deals.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, agents, and government entities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian real estate laws, zoning regulations, and tax implications.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
