Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models to support portfolio performance analysis and strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Monitor portfolio health, tracking KPIs and recommending adjustments to optimize returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel, Power BI, or SQL to enhance efficiency.
- Present complex financial data in clear, compelling formats for non-financial stakeholders.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices in financial services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, or investment banking.
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of capital markets, risk management, and financial instruments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or portfolio management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
