Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of retail partners (e.g., Wings Group stores) in assigned territories (Bali).
- Promote and sell Bank MAS unsecured loan products to small business owners with a consultative approach.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable microfinance solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including loan application support and follow-ups.
- Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and benefits of Bank MAS products.
- Collaborate with the internal team to streamline loan processing and resolve client inquiries.
- Stay updated on microfinance trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or microfinance (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with retail banking products, loan processing, or financial advisory is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar) and engage in field sales.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools) and smartphone proficiency.
- Clean background check and compliance with financial industry regulations.
