Responsibility
- Promote and sell Bank MAS unsecured loan products to retail partners, including Wings Group stores and other SMEs in Badung.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements and client acquisitions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess creditworthiness for loan approvals.
- Provide financial advisory services, educating clients on product benefits, terms, and repayment options.
- Collaborate with the internal team to streamline application processes and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, tracking performance metrics and client feedback.
- Stay updated on microfinance trends, competitor offerings, and Bank MAS product updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or microfinance (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with loan products, credit assessment, and financial advisory services.
- Willingness to travel within Badung and surrounding areas (own transportation is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools) and smartphone proficiency.
- No prior defaults or negative banking history (required for compliance).
