Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, including retail stores and small enterprises, to promote Bank MAS's unsecured loan products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify suitable financial solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively pitching loan products and closing deals.
- Provide clear and accurate information about loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to potential borrowers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to streamline the loan application and approval process for clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the micro banking sector.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction histories in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or microfinance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
