Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing retail sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for deposits, loans, investments, and insurance products.
- Develop and implement segment-specific strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities in Bali’s retail banking market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute localized campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with AmBank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks in all retail banking operations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product teams, operations, and customer service, to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to upskill team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading sales teams in financial services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and improving customer satisfaction in a competitive market.
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, including deposits, loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital banking tools to optimize sales processes and customer interactions.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
