Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new clients for retail funding and wealth management products through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for funding products, savings accounts, and investment solutions.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend tailored banking and wealth products to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies in assigned regions.
- Stay updated on Bank Mega’s product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of banking products, financial services, or sales is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (verbal and written).
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as required.
