Responsibility
- Participate in a structured 12-month rotational training program across key operational departments.
- Assist in daily branch operations, including customer service, loan processing, and financial transactions.
- Analyze operational workflows and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives and compliance standards.
- Develop leadership skills through mentorship, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Prepare reports and presentations to track performance metrics and operational KPIs.
- Engage in customer relationship management to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute to digital transformation projects to modernize TAF’s operational frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic financial tools.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented with a growth mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Badung region) for the duration of the program.
