Responsibility
- Promote and sell micro-loan products to individuals and small businesses in assigned regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and assess their financial needs
- Educate clients on the benefits of microfinance products and guide them through the application process
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the micro-banking portfolio
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies in all customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details
- Collaborate with team members and branch managers to optimize sales strategies and customer outreach
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, microfinance, or financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Familiarity with banking products, especially micro-loans, is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.)
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools for reporting
