Responsibility
- Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure the timely and accurate production of banking cards.
- Manage and maintain inventory records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process payments to vendors and reconcile invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to card inventory and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline card distribution processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of card inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Provide reports on inventory status, vendor performance, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of banking operations and card production processes is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in the specified regions of Bali.
