Responsibility
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Acquire new premium accounts through proactive networking, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Design and present customized financial solutions, including investment products, loans, and wealth management services.
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively recommend adjustments to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, compliance, product development) to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for deposits, loans, and fee-based income.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice.
- Represent EastWest Bank at industry events, seminars, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or wealth management, preferably in a multinational or premium banking environment.
- Proven track record of acquiring and retaining high-net-worth clients with a portfolio of at least IDR 50B in AUM.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex financial deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, investment instruments, and regulatory compliance (e.g., OJK, AML).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas) and hold relevant work permits (or eligibility to obtain them).
