Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients to collect outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and update client accounts accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and reduce delinquencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client disputes and provide solutions for payment issues.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, progress, and challenges.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection practices.
- Identify potential risks and recommend strategies to minimize bad debt.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a related financial role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of client accounts.
- Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of local debt collection laws and regulations.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
