Responsibility
- Lead and supervise park operations, including guest services, ride/attraction management, and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs to optimize efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, maintenance, animal care) to align park activities with organizational goals and seasonal events.
- Monitor park capacity, crowd control, and queue management to enhance guest flow and minimize wait times.
- Conduct regular inspections of rides, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate park staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data (e.g., visitor feedback, attendance trends) to identify opportunities for service enhancements and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest escalations, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain the park’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in park operations are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in park operations, hospitality management, or adventure tourism, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in leading teams, managing large-scale operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-volume environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, risk management, and emergency procedures in amusement or adventure parks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in operational software (e.g., ticketing systems, CRM tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
