Responsibility
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests in accordance with The Kings Group's high standards
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
- Present and describe menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to enhance guest experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter in fine dining, hotels, or upscale restaurants
- Excellent command of English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian, etc.) are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking technology
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (for foreign applicants)
- Knowledge of Bali's hospitality industry is advantageous
