Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Perform daily equipment calibration to ensure optimal performance and taste consistency.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, creating a positive café experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including countertops, equipment, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth café operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation.
