Responsibility
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize profitability, occupancy, and ADR (Average Daily Rate) across ZIN Worldâs hotel portfolio in Bali.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to optimize pricing and distribution channels.
- Manage and oversee all distribution channels, including OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), direct bookings, and corporate partnerships, to ensure seamless guest acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives and guest experience goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), occupancy rates, and channel performance, to drive data-informed decisions.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure accurate revenue projections and financial planning.
- Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, including upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in revenue management and distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, distribution, or a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing pricing strategies, and managing distribution channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, or similar) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Experience working in Bali or Southeast Asiaâs hospitality market is highly desirable.
- Certifications in revenue management (e.g., CRME, CHRM) are an advantage.
