Responsibility
- Oversee daily park operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and service standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of park staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and guest-centric service.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and visitor experience.
- Monitor park infrastructure, attractions, and facilities, coordinating maintenance and upgrades as needed.
- Collaborate with conservation and education teams to integrate wildlife protection initiatives into park activities.
- Analyze visitor feedback and operational data to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize park performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, sustainability goals, and Mandai Wildlife Group’s ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in park operations, hospitality, or tourism management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in team leadership, operational planning, and guest service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of wildlife conservation principles, safety protocols, and sustainable tourism practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in operational software (e.g., ticketing systems, CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
