Responsibility
- Analyze existing outpatient operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement system-wide improvements.
- Design and conduct comprehensive training programs for clinic staff regarding new operational protocols and software systems.
- Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of clinical administrative systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to standardize service delivery procedures across various outpatient departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient wait times and clinic throughput, reporting findings to senior management.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with hospital safety and service standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert during the implementation of new digital health systems or clinic software upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare systems management, or process improvement.
- Proven ability to design and deliver professional training or workshops for diverse teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
