Responsibility
- Support the Business Development team in identifying and securing new BPO RSA and mobility-related partnerships.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and partner documentation to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
- Monitor and report on the performance of mobility and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the development of strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Bateriku’s mobility solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the mobility or financial services industry is a plus.
