Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote Auto Loan Financing Services to second-hand car dealers in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key dealers and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present customized financing solutions tailored to the needs of each dealer.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan approval processes and enhance service delivery.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention and repeat business.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and regulatory requirements related to auto financing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or automotive financing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of auto loan products, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
