Responsibility
- Provide expert advice on Sharia-compliant financial products, including savings, investments, and insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in Islamic finance, ensuring clients receive the most relevant and competitive products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement financial strategies that align with Islamic principles and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on the benefits and mechanics of Islamic financial instruments, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Monitor and evaluate client portfolios to ensure compliance with Sharia law and optimize financial performance.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in Islamic finance to provide informed advice.
- Participate in networking events, seminars, and workshops to expand your professional network and promote our services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Islamic Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Islamic finance (e.g., Certified Islamic Finance Professional - CIFP, Chartered Islamic Finance Professional - CIFP) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial consulting, banking, or Islamic finance.
- Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products and ethical investing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficient in financial analysis, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to ethical practices.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
