Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring compliance with SeaBank’s policies, regulatory standards, and service excellence benchmarks.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive branch growth, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily banking activities, including transactions, account openings, loan processing, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Strengthen SeaBank’s brand presence in Bali through community engagement, partnerships, and localized marketing initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze branch metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize profitability.
- Ensure a seamless digital and in-person banking experience, integrating SeaBank’s innovative products and services.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations, maintaining high satisfaction and trust in the SeaBank brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or banking certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, operational efficiency, and team development in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations, compliance requirements, and digital banking trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in banking software, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to or reside in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
