Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for the Medical Affairs team, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with organizational policies.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate communication and project execution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and presentations related to medical programs and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing medical conferences, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor and track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for medical projects.
- Support the development and implementation of healthcare strategies and operational plans.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in all medical affairs activities.
- Provide logistical and operational support for clinical trials, research, and medical education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical affairs, healthcare administration, or a similar role, preferably in a community or hospital setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, regulatory requirements, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and healthcare management software.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
