Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, ergonomics, and home exercise programs to support long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records, adhering to clinical and legal standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy and apply best practices in patient treatment.
- Provide post-surgical rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, or sports-related injuries.
- Promote wellness and preventive care through community outreach and health education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Physical Therapy license (local or international, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and assistive devices.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical practice standards.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
