Responsibility
- Provide specialized nursing care to orthopaedic patients, including pre- and post-operative management.
- Assist orthopaedic surgeons during clinical procedures, examinations, and minor surgeries.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and post-surgical care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Stay updated on the latest orthopaedic nursing practices and evidence-based care techniques.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (preferably with orthopaedic or surgical nursing experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with a focus on orthopaedics, trauma, or rehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of orthopaedic conditions, treatments, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compassion.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
