Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatments to patients of all ages.
- Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and preventive care in accordance with medical standards.
- Conduct physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab results, imaging) to inform treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health systems.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Stay updated with latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in general practice.
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards in all medical procedures and interactions.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in general practice, family medicine, or a related field.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English required; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
