Responsibility
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for assigned healthcare products, maintaining deep technical and clinical knowledge
- Collaborate with product development teams to translate clinical needs into product requirements and features
- Develop and deliver product training programs for internal teams, healthcare providers, and end-users
- Analyze market trends and competitive products to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Support sales teams with technical expertise during customer presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and enhancements
- Ensure all product documentation, including user manuals and clinical guides, is accurate and up-to-date
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent our products and gather market intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare product management, clinical applications, or medical device sales
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master complex medical products and technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales
- Clinical background (nurse, medical technologist, or similar) is highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate technical product features into clinical benefits for healthcare providers
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally as needed
