Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient intake, including recording vital signs and medical histories.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterilized and ready for use.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-up communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing medical records, processing paperwork, and maintaining inventory of clinic supplies.
- Provide compassionate support to patients, including escorting them to treatment areas and addressing their concerns.
- Assist with basic medical procedures under the supervision of nurses or doctors, such as wound dressing or specimen collection.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, hygiene standards, and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver efficient and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Assistance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a clinical, hospital, or medical office setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays (24-hour clinic operations).
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, infection control, and patient care standards.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or clinic management software is an advantage.
